- RCS business messaging services
- Digital communication tools for customer engagement
- Campaign management and automation tools
- Message template creation and compliance guidance
We act as a technology enabler and intermediary between Users and platforms like Meta and telecom RCS providers.
Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 18 years old
- Legally capable of entering contracts
- Authorized to represent a business if registering on behalf of one
Account Registration
Users must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activities under your account.
User Responsibilities
You agree NOT to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Violate Meta or RCS messaging policies
- Send illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
- Violate privacy or intellectual property rights
You are solely responsible for message content sent through the platform.
Payment & Billing Terms
- Fees are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise
- No refunds for used services or consumed messaging credits
- Pricing may change with prior notice
Subscription Renewal & Termination
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Shivraj Pratishthan reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.
Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS
Users must strictly comply with:
- Meta WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies
- RCS Business Messaging Guidelines
- Telecom and TRAI regulations
Message templates must be pre-approved where required.
Message Delivery & Compliance Policy
We do not guarantee 100% delivery due to platform or telecom limitations. Users must ensure opt-in consent before messaging customers.
Intellectual Property Rights
All platform content, systems, branding, and materials belong to Shivraj Pratishthan. Users retain ownership of their message content.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it without consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
Limitation of Liability
Shivraj Pratishthan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Shivraj Pratishthan against claims arising from misuse, policy violations, or unlawful messaging.
Governing Law (India)
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with courts in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
